Overview

Creativehandstud provides professional landscape design and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.

Design Services

Design services, including consultations, design plans, and 3D visualizations, are custom-created for each client. Once design work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with clients to address any concerns or make reasonable revisions to designs within the scope of the original agreement.

Installation Services

Installation services are performed according to approved design plans and project agreements. If you are not satisfied with the installation work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. We will inspect the work and address any issues that do not meet our quality standards or the agreed-upon specifications.

Materials and Plants

Materials and plants purchased through Creativehandstud are subject to the following return policy:

• Unused materials in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
• Plants that fail to thrive due to defects or improper handling on our part will be replaced at no charge within 90 days of installation
• Custom-ordered materials that cannot be used by other clients are non-returnable
• Materials that have been installed or modified cannot be returned

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the stage of the project:

• Before Design Phase: Full refund of any deposits, minus any consultation fees already incurred
• During Design Phase: Refund of remaining balance after deducting costs for completed design work
• After Design Approval: No refund of design fees; installation deposits may be refundable if materials have not been ordered
• After Installation Begins: No refunds; work will be completed according to the original agreement

Warranty and Guarantee

Creativehandstud provides a warranty on installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Changes made by the client or third parties
• Plant failure due to improper care, pests, or disease

If you have a concern about our services or products, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original method of payment. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
